Immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of Tsukiji Market with a sake tasting experience. Head to a hidden sake bar on the second floor of the market’s inner building, where a bilingual guide will introduce you to the world of sake.

Learn about the ingredients, production process, and how temperature affects the flavor and aroma of sake. Then, taste four different types of sake, including Junmai, Ginjo, and Namagenshu, as well as a seasonal special sake. The lineup is tailored to your preferences, ensuring a fresh experience every time.

Enjoy steamed baby scallops from Tsukiji Market, perfectly paired with sake to enhance its flavors. You can also bring your own fresh seafood or tamagoyaki from the market, and the owner will suggest pairings and share tasting tips.

With a maximum of twelve participants, you’ll have plenty of time for questions and photos. After the experience, receive a special map featuring recommended sake breweries. You can also purchase mini bottles as souvenirs, with personalized advice from your guide.
