Open Positions

Tour Guide (Freelance)

As a Tour Guide, you are the face of Alva Japan Tours. You will lead small groups of international travelers through various areas and experiences in Japan, creating a fun, interactive, and memorable tour.

Responsibilities:

Lead tours in a professional, engaging, and friendly manner.
Share cultural insights, historical facts, and personal stories.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all tour guests.
Adapt the tour as needed based on group interest, weather, or other circumstances.
Represent the Alva Japan Tours brand and values.

Qualifications:

Fluency in English and Japanese.
Deep passion for and knowledge of Japanese culture, food, and history.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality.
Must be legally able to work in Japan.
Prior guiding experience is a plus, but not required. We value passion and potential above all.
