However, for the initial release, the actual booking and payment for these tours are processed through third-party Online Travel Agents (OTAs). When you click a "Book Now" or similar link for a tour, you will be redirected to the website of our trusted OTA partner.

b. Third-Party Terms Your booking, payment, and participation in the tour will be governed by the terms and conditions and privacy policies of the respective OTA. We strongly advise you to review their terms and policies before completing your booking.

c. Our Role Alva Japan Tours is responsible for providing the tour guide services as described. However, we are not a party to the booking transaction between you and the OTA. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the booking process, payment, or the terms set by the OTA.
